PCA Approach
1) To promote the development of athletic coaches
- Mentoring: members of the PCA will have access to be mentored by veteran coaches from all levels at All Poly Sports Camps and at their institutions.
- Clinics & Camps: PCA allows access to coaches at All Poly Sports Camps as well as participation in coaches clinics that are held during the Camps.
- Referrals: PCA members who display a high level of coaching skills will be edorsed by the PCA administration and be recommended for coaching positions at the appropriate level.
2) To provide to the community through camps and clinics
- All Poly Camps: Camps will be expanding to California and Hawaii.
- Coaching Clinics: Independent and Poly Camp coaches clinics.
- PCA Appearances: Speaking engagements and clinics.
3) Establish Academic Excellence
- Recruiting: Offering advice and council to recruits and their families during the recruiting process.
- PCA Appearances: Promoting academics at speaking engagements, clinics and Personal appearances.
- Elevate My Game Workshops: Breakout sessions for All Poly Sports Camp participants include; ACT Prep, NCAA clearing house, and Life Skills
